Next, our partner Anastasis and his team meticulously begin pressing the olives to extract the best quality oil. This family-run mill has preserved its artisanal know-how for three generations. We have also chosen a cold-press production process. This manufacturing method also preserves all the essential oil properties necessary for the optimal conservation of the product.
