This rosé wine is made from 50% Merlot, a French grape variety, and 50% Agiorgitiko, an indigenous Greek grape. It is a dry rosé that pairs perfectly with fresh pasta dishes, salads, or seafood.

Agiorgitiko is a very ancient grape variety. Its clusters are dense, with large grapes. This late-ripening variety is highly resistant to water stress. It is used to produce excellent red or rosé wines. Even today, winemakers refer to its dark ruby wine as ‘the blood of Heracles.’ It is a unique grape variety, named after the village of Aghios Georgios.
