“Dialogues,” produced by Kalogris Organic Winery, is a natural organic orange wine. It represents the first orange wine made from Moschofilero grapes. Fermented with wild yeasts, this orange wine contains no added sulfites. Additionally, its 12-month aging in oak barrels imparts a distinctive character. The organic orange wine ‘Dialogues’ is akin to a white wine made like a red wine! In practice, the juice of white grapes macerates with its skin and sometimes even its stems. Thus, the tannins contained in the skin diffuse into the juice and contribute to this unique color. This method of winemaking dates back to antiquity. Orange wines are very trendy and are currently igniting the world of wine! For the preparation of the organic orange wine “Dialogues,” the Moschofilero grapes are macerated for 10 days.
