Product history
Culinary pairing
- Vegetable and Turmeric Risotto: Peel and finely slice all your vegetables (onions, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers). Then, in a sauté pan, start by sautéing your onions in a drizzle of olive oil. Next, gently add the bell peppers, followed by the eggplants, and finally the zucchinis. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with turmeric. Meanwhile, bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil and dissolve a vegetable bouillon cube in it. Deglaze your rice with white wine, then gradually incorporate the broth until the risotto is cooked. Add your vegetables and stir gently. When serving, you can add toasted pine nuts and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- light fish: cod, halibut, haddock or tilapia
- fresh vegetable salads: tomatoes, citrus fruit, avocado, prawns, courgette.
- sushi and Asian dishes
